Unitex is a full-service integrated logistics provider headquartered in Laredo, TX.   Founded in 1985, as Impormex Forwarding, the Company began operations offering a combined solution of freight forwarding and Mexican customs brokerage services for clients importing commodities into Mexico via the port of Laredo.

Today, Unitex comprises a group of companies and strategic partnerships that offer door-to-door service, best-in class processes and know-how to our clients.   We specialize in global import and export activities to/from the U.S. and Mexico, and provide a large footprint from which we serve our customers.
